The hotel was adequate, we chose it for the location. Breakfast was ok, rooms were fairly clean, slightly older building.

Our room was near a couple of work crews that were up early and had to load equipment, they weren't very quiet.

I was able to get a room with a king sized bed.

There was hardly any desk staff. During my last stay, there was desk staff who checked to see if our room was ready for possible early check-in. This time we had to videochat via kiosk. The video chatter on the other end was not very friendly. They didn't take my name or reservation. Just told me the room was not ready and to come back later.

Poor service. Dirty floor and windows. Only one elevator and it didnt work sometimes. Stopper in sink broken. Shower/tub unsafe without nonslip surface. Water shut off for repairs for at least an hour. Couldnt reach front desk from the room.

The construction crews trucks took up 90 percent of the parking. They should have parked in overflow. They bbq on all levels of hotel and left piles of bbq ashes and left overs all over the perimeter of parking lot . Every day you get up to beer bottles and caps everywhere. When the construction crews were gone through the day there was still piles of their equipment everywhere. When they came back at end of day all you could smell was pot and had to listen to loud music and the drinking till late .

There was nothing too like about the property except the location. The check in with a computer was the most impersonal and stressful I have ever done . Get rid of it!

I'm not a picky person. It was on the beach and clean. Exactly what I wanted. The manager is great. I am actually here now for 2 days. Will stay everytime I come here.

Nothing about the hotel perse. Just some of the patrons bothered me. I think maybe locals.some don't like tourists.

Ya get what you pay for. Cheap price for a cheap room. A/C did not work well, whole building and room needed updated, you deal with a kiosk at lobby, there is a live person but they don't do anything, had to put$100 cash into kiosk for security deposit, didn't want to give a credit card, we booked with booking.com so they didn't have my info, it wad all paid for ahead, then go back to kiosk in am and go thru all the crap to get my $100 back, I like cheaper rooms but I think I will scratch this hotel off my list
