Dog friendly, our room had king bed with pull out sofa, large closet for storage of bags and fully equipped kitchen. Great location across street from beach and several restaurants nearby, Millers Seafood & Steakhouse & Sals New York Pizza were delicious! Staff was very friendly and hot buffet breakfast was above average.
Negatives:
We were a little confused finding the lobby to check-in when we first arrived. You enter the hotel on the ground floor and must go to the 1st floor to check in.

Very clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good and breakfast area spacious bright and pleasant. Staff courteous and location is good with a supermarket 3 minute awyas, the beach across the street and sightseeing places nearby.

Access to the beach was complicated, combination on door to enter it didn't always work. My room did not have ocean view but I knew this in advance.

Could hear the people above me far to well everytime they were in the room which seemed to be all day. Dont think they ever left. The rooms are not well insulated as far as sound proofing. Other then that it was good stay.
