Positives:
The room we “ended” up with was excellent. The front desk person, Jennifer was extremely helpful. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.
Negatives:
The first room (320) we were given had very sticky floors. The same for the second room (310). Jennifer and my wife checked a couple rooms on the second floor and found one that the floors were not sticky and seemed very clean.

No toilet paper in room. Tried to call desk but telephone didn't work. So I had to go downstairs to get one roll of toilet paper. Then the key card wouldn't work so back downstairs. Then the remote wouldn't work. After 10 minutes or so I finally got it working by moving the batteries around. That's about it.

The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast staff was excellent in keeping things clean/stocked.
Negatives:
We've stayed here twice now - both times there were not enough towels, sheets or blankets. The first time I assumed it was a fluke but then we stayred again a year later and had the same issue. There's not reason a room that holds 4 people should be provided only 2 towels. When we requested additional towels they didn't have any so we had to take some from the pool. No blankets for our pull out bed. I'd rather pay more and stay elsewhere than have to go buy towels/blankets to sleep comfortably.
