The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast staff was excellent in keeping things clean/stocked.
Negatives:
We've stayed here twice now - both times there were not enough towels, sheets or blankets. The first time I assumed it was a fluke but then we stayred again a year later and had the same issue. There's not reason a room that holds 4 people should be provided only 2 towels. When we requested additional towels they didn't have any so we had to take some from the pool. No blankets for our pull out bed. I'd rather pay more and stay elsewhere than have to go buy towels/blankets to sleep comfortably.

I liked how clean the room was and the breakfast was fantastic . But the main corporate manager was what really turned my stay around she is amazing!!!

Hotel employee was absolutely awful. Not only did she refuse to listen to how night #1 was she called me a liar for how I explained the extending process. Then proceeded to threaten to call the police tellin me to check out (@ 5:52AM) she was terrible gro^

Had dog hair all over my sofa and my kid is allergic to dogs. Had a broken remote and the back was taped up with electrical tape. Extremely ghetto for a nice hotel. The guy who replaced my pillows on the couch gave me a lint roller and told me to use it because he was about to leave and lint rolling wasnt his thing. He also gave me this funny look when I showed him the amount of pet dander and he act as if everyone is supposed to be used to dogs
