The hotel is being renovated so its a bit dusty.

The room we “ended” up with was excellent. The front desk person, Jennifer was extremely helpful. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.
Negatives:
The first room (320) we were given had very sticky floors. The same for the second room (310). Jennifer and my wife checked a couple rooms on the second floor and found one that the floors were not sticky and seemed very clean.

Cleaning staff is not doing a good job someones dirty rag with hair was left in shower along with soap everywhere else floor was dirty too.

The lobby area is under construction. But every effort was made to minimize the inconvenience.

No toilet paper in room. Tried to call desk but telephone didn't work. So I had to go downstairs to get one roll of toilet paper. Then the key card wouldn't work so back downstairs. Then the remote wouldn't work. After 10 minutes or so I finally got it working by moving the batteries around. That's about it.
