Phone in room did hot work,Tried to call for location of Ive Machine to ice my sore knee.Had to return to Front Desk from 4th Floor, which was on 1st floor .Told individual at front desk phone. Not working ,no response appeared he could care

Place is dirty and old ,Poor service at front desk regarding issues.Guest called to front desk to Complain about Odor in room after he ended call he made light of . Area is Sub Par,,Typical Heavily populated, Urban area..Would not recommend staying here.
