Needed a roll in shower - they didnt have one. A/C unit blows directly on you while youre in bed. Poor breakfast. Freezer was corroded with ice; could not use.

The waffles were disgusting. The mix tasted like it was old and had went bad. Coffee was watered down. No bagels for any of the pastry. Cheap cinnamon rolls and loaf of bread offered...i mean seriously.

Floor in the room had not been swept. There were dead crickets in the corners, peanuts on the floor, and trash in corners and in certain area in the room. The paint had stains all over. The pillows were .... well i wouldn't even call them pillows. We had to get towels three different times, because all of the ones they would give us had black stains or dirt stains on them. We requested room service, but our room was overlooked, never cleaned properly before we arrived, when I called and complained, still not cleaned, beds not made, towels not exchanged, and floors still not swept. Breakfast was a joke and waffle mix tasted gross and awful, coffee was watered down. One lady slept outside the hotel on the sidewalk of the hotel. Drugs

We were told that the downstair rooms were for pet friendly guests. So we took the upstairs rooms even though I can't do steps well. When we got to our room it had a pet smell or urine smell near where the bathroom met the sleeping area. There were long hairs on the shower walls and the drain stopper would not stay up

I'm glad it was only for one night
Positives:
The room was clean and the mattress was excellent. TV worked well. The location just off or 95 was great. The A/C was excellent. The breakfast was good but limited in variety.
Negatives:
Although my room had been updated; there were small things that showed it had not been done well. Spigot in the bathtub leaked, the caulking was poorly done. Outside there were stair treads missing on the steps leading to my room.
