C. The furniture and upholstery were completely scratched up from previous pet stays
D. The shower produced only luke warm water
E. We had a plastic cup welcoming us on our window sill filled with a yellow liquid and four cigarette butts. (See photo)

The location was great, very near 95, and surrounded by many restaurants.
The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
The bathroom was in need of an upgrade. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the sheet rock, the 'walls' around the shower need to be improved and the grout on the floor seemed dirty.
