The room was dirty. Bathroom floor was griss, mirror fell on my daughter. They wouldn't give us another room. Ac heat unit was disgusting ztub was dirty. Blood on the curtains

Very disappointed in this hotel. It use to be clean
Positives:
I booked on booking the first night got a decent room for $80 on the weekend and then I decided to book again for 3 days,the price was cheaper I guess because during the week so I booked 3 days because I was in between moving but I got the worst room ever ,nasty,dirty,old dirty couch and trash on the floor and it was horrible and to top it off I had the same clerk and my 5 year old kids so I left the next day period only because my child had went to bed

Clerk that put me in a good room one night than downgrade me the next..unexcebtable

Location was great. Price was reasonable. The (cleaning?) staff that I spoke to in the morning were friendly. The room was clean, linens looked clean and well folded, and the beds were well made... it looked the the person/team that cleaned the room had pride in their work.
Negatives:

The chain attachment in the door was bent and needs to be repaired.
The toilet seat was very loose and needs to be tightened.

Quietness, bed was very soft, spacious room, and everything is within walking distance

The housekeepers are rude and overbearing. I had a late checkout scheduled and they knocked on the door at 11am. She stood outside my room for the next hour. By 12 when I was walking out she had knocked two more times
