Reception desk at check in. I failed to get her name but she was friendly and very courteous. Gave us information about nearby restaurants.
Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

This was the cleanest place I have stayed at. I appreciated the tv remote in a separate bag as remotes have a lot of germs. The staff were kind and accommodating.

The service re the shuttle was terrible. I waited 45 minutes for the HI Express shuttle only to be told that it said Hampton Inn on the outside. The motel did not tell me that little detail. One that DID say HI Exp DID come by and said that it did NOT go to the HI Express even though it was printed on the van! What a mess. It took me 90 minutes to get to the hotel. Meanwhile, the lady at the desk, Lauren, was great. The van driver was NOT. Grrrrrr
