TV did not work. Major lines through screen. No cups to make coffee. Towels not folded. Very noisy. Alot of slamming doors, loud music in parking lot.

The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. The heater had something in the vent so every time it turned on it made loud noise. The breakfast was supposed to be from 6 to 9 am. I went at 6:45 and no breakfast.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for us and our dog. The dog people were in one section, so while I did my best to keep my dog from barking, when he did I didn't stress out about it.

The location where we were visiting, was convenient and right off a major road

This hotel is filthy, dirty. The room we stayed in had cigarette burns in the chair and ashes on the foot stool. The carpets were so disgusting that I was afraid to takeoff my shoes And socks. I am not sure that the sink was clean bc we saw hair in it
