The location was good - close to shopping and PNC arena. It was possible to open windows to air the room out.

Check-in was challenging as the front desk staffer was on the phone with a friend - I only knew I was checked in when I was waved at dismissively with a mouthed „you’re done!“ The elevator and hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and the stairwells of urine. The room was adequately comfortable and we could open windows to clear the air, but the heater beeped like an alarm clock while running, making sleep a challenge. Coffee was hot, and the continental breakfast adequate, but it was hard to find a clean table, and front desk staff frequently yelled instructions across the room at the people working the breakfast. There was an event in town that had all the hotels double-priced or sold out, so this was all we could afford, but we will definitely not be back.

Old carpet ( hardwood was shown on the photos) and the bathtub and shower had stains everywhere, the hotel smelled like weed and we had to change rooms 2 times, the first room had somebody staying in it, and the second was smelled like straight weed and must!

The elevators down button didn't work on the 3rd floor so you had to go up to go down the other elevator either took waaaay too long to come up or never came up at all. The front door said automatic but it wasn't ... saw a roach... which was suuuuper gross. I couldn't put the curtain up at all to let in some natural light. That and ppl were hammering away at like 7 AM ... my bed was extremely broken inland worn down so I had a very hard time sleeping despite being dog tired
