The hallways were dirty as if they hadn't been vacuumed in days. The ice maker didn't work. There was dust under the furniture and bed. The bed was ok.

The property is poorly kept both outside and inside, the bathroom was dirty especially the tub black rings and stains in it, the heat and air wouldn’t work, lights didn’t work properly, I was scared for my safety on the elevators most of the button didn’t work, it was beat up, house keeping swept dirt in front of my door and left it there the entire time of my stay, my room door was broken could barely get in or out of the room. Questionable people hanging out on the property and side doors did not lock always stayed open. This is one of the most terrible stays I’ve ever experienced.

Had to change rooms at 9:30 pm due to a leak in the ceiling into the bathtub as well as bathroom floor. When we went to find out where we were to move, the clerk took her sweet time after she fixed her cup of coffee to give us our keys. The pubic hallways were NEVER vacuumed in our 3 days there. One day a muddy trail.led from their room to the elevator. At night it was still there.
We stayed 2 nights and they did replace a few towels but didn't touch the bed to remake the bed. We didn't expect new sheets but a remake used to be customary. The breakfast choices were to say the least minimal.most
