Staff willing to change my room because I had a broken ankle and couldn't walk the stairs. I had booked 1 king bed and he changed me to 2 queen bed room so I could get to it at no additional cost.

The room had some renovations but needed more to look modern, professional and clean.

There were 3 of us and only 2 towels, when I asked the front desk for some towels at first he said no until I explained there were 3 of us and only received 2 towels. Then he gave me 1 additional only!

Nice sized room for the price, the staff was nice I managed to lose the key & the front counter man was so nice, didn’t mind at all.

The pillows are supppeerrrrr soft, almost like you’re sleeping on air … literally no cushion to them, but my room was super clean, I stripped the bed made sure the mattress was clean aswell ! I was very pleased !

It really wasn't close to the downtown area that I needed to go. Nothing was within walking distance except a McDonalds.
