The women at the desk was pleasant and helpful

The room was dirty, smelled bad. The AC/Heater was so full of dirt that we could not ,WOULD not turn it on.

Hand washing sink was plugged and water could not drain. The bed is too soft that you can feel the inner springs. No electricity power for the lighting by the beds makes charging phone impossible. No coffees machine. No soap but the hand sink. It's dated.

Infiltration on bathroom ceiling, noise at night makes impossible sleep, noise from other room, refrigerator, ac and some customer making noise upstairs and side. I checked in around 10:30pm and i checked out around 3am because I cant sleep.
