Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

They didnt restock on towels and washcloths or clean the room, also I was told that because of the 11,500 points I earned during the Easter egg hunt that I would get one night free None of the staff knew what they were doing.

I registered online with bringing our pet. They did not know when we arrived. We were told that $75 would be added to the bill. After expressing concern, we were not charged the $75.

Loved that after a long day of traveling, we could just settle in and cook dinner comfortably in our room. Beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet

Not keen that every room could have had pets stay in them. Would think it more desirable that some rooms remain pet free, so those who may have allergies have more confidence in their stay.

One room toilet didn't flush. Tried to take a shower and the water wouldn't get cold. They switched me to another room the heat didn't work. Then they wanted to switched me to a third room I told them no... will never book there again
