being stopped by homeless in the backside of the parking lot asking to take them to Atlanta. obviously, they need to have some security in the parking lot.

The front desk staff were very friendly and kind.

The room was dirty. The tvs didnt work. The remotes didnt work. There was no dryer or iron. One of our doors wouldnt latch. It had to be locked from the inside in order to stay shut. Two of the pillows were completely flat and brown.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I have to say I didn't like anything about my experience there.

The floodlights outside shone directly into my window, and curtains didn't block it. Stained mattress, broken hotel door lock, lobby doors were locked at 830 so I had to lug my suitcases up flights of stairs, dirty bathroom, sticky floors and surface,

The room was stale with cigarette smoke The mattress had zero support the sheets had cigarette holes burnt in them The ceiling in the bathroom was full of mold other than that it was fabulous

The room itself was very clean and comfortable, for a 2 star motel. The front desk staff was acceptable. The location was good as far as restaurants and gas stations are concerned. I discovered nothing of real interest in Rocky Mount except Piggly Wiggl

For a 2-star motel, there wasn't much to like or dislike. I just wanted a clean and safe place to sleep for two nights and that's just what I got, including those little bars of soap which are just bearable for hand washing.
