The hotel staff was drugged up clearly high on drugs and once I canceled reservations accused me of having sex in the room that my partner and I were in for under 2 minutes. The room smelled and was dingy. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Smell of marijuana in front desk area. Front desk clerk spending too much time outside "smoking". I'm a Veteran who has PTSD and having to wait over 15 minutes for help at night not acceptable. No information about delivery availability. Children running and loud in AM. I've stayed here before for procedures at VA and it was a great experience. Gone downhill. E-mailed G.M. with same complaints and didn't hear from him after suggesting a one night complimentary stay.

Horrible situation as all I heard was the door to the building banging every 10 minutes and it was disturbing and very stressful. So much noise in the hallway and from that main door. Terrible!!!!

The property was updated but ultimately used to be a very very cheap nasty motel. Many things weren’t good.
