OverNight staff was unfriendly, no elevator to be found, vending area on 2nd floor had no ice and drink machines hot, the stair case felt like it was going to cave in on us, empty corona bottles under our table and chairs from previous visitors, 1 bed was fine the other was terrible mattress was weird and uneven like insides were removed from part of it, showers were lukewarm at best.
Morning staff was very friendly they should be in charge of training overnight staff
