There is no pool. The room was warm even with the AC all the way down. There were loud guests that the staff did nothing about. When I tried to get a refund, I was denied by the hotel. It was absolutely awful. Don't waste your time or money.

The daytime front desk staff member was rude and not helpful, the wifi was non existence we called front desk to explain that the TV station were not coming in she replied there was nothing she could do

Well they put me in room 200 upstairs next to the stairs I asked the lady if they had anything available downstairs but I was too late but she switched my room out with something that was close by the stairs n the room was perfect that bed was so soft

The only thing that I didn't like was the spectrum service there was terrible we couldn't watch TV but the Wi-Fi service was strong so that was a plus and the thing that I didn't like about it was that the secure lock that's connected to the door was broken and we actually had problems with locking the bottom lock you actually had to hear it click to know that your door was locked after struggling with it but other than that loved it

Gap at bottom of the door to the outside parking. We stuffed it with a plastic bag.
It was a very noisy location and you could hear conversations between rooms.
Room was dirty behind & under furniture. No TV remote.
