Staff was great. Very helpful. Was pleasantly surprised at the nice breakfast selections. Was expecting just the bare minimum. Beds were comfortable, everything seemed nice and clean.
Negatives:
The property is in dire need of an upgrade. I wouldn't exactly say shabby, but the overall impression upon entering was not very impressive. Carpeting and such looked dated and worn. Toilet seats were way too low for elderly people. My husband has Parkinson's and he had a very hard time getting up off the seat. Checked the handicapped rooms
and toilets there were the same. (BTW- the handicapped room I saw was a disaster.)
