Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

When I checked in and found out my room was on the ground floor I asked if I could be moved to an upper floor. It's a safety concern for me. I asked this employee at the desk if I could be switched to a different room and he told me the hotel was booked up. I went on and saw that I was able to book another room for the night. So that means it was not booked up. And he was very rude when he responded to me. The people on the floor upstairs from me apparently did not get the memo about quiet time. They sounded like they were up there doing jumping jacks most of the night.
