Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The room was nasty, dark, not very clean. There was a recliner that looked like it had been salvaged from the trash. The TV was not plugged in (I now believe that this may have been the cause of the hair dryer catching on fire). The room filled with smoke and we were scared. We had to find lodging elsewhere in a city we were not familiar with. I was promised a refund for the night and IHG reward points, I have not received either. I have filed a complaint, have not heard anything.

It is as very convenient as it was located close to family and stores band restaurants were within walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly.

After check, got to my room and noticed they put me in a total different room than what I book for. I booked for a one bedroom king suite and they put me in a queen suite. Then they told me the room that I was supposed to get air conditioning went out but did mention anything prior to or after arrival.
