Negatives:
The room was really cold, and the heating system took several hours to kick in. The hotel offered us a difference room, but the technician warned us that all the rooms have a similar problem.
Also, the room was really dirty. I went to use the hair dryer that was stored on a shelf, under the vanity, it was covered in dust bunnies, obviously that shelf had not been cleaned for a long time.
Early in the morning, the housekeeping crew were banging loudly on the doors and had an argument with another occupant.
We tried to buy a bottle of water from the lobby and were told they had run out and offered a glass of tap water. The woman working the "restaurant/bar" was rude and disinterested.
We booked this hotel based on a pervious very positive experience at The Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga

The room was nice. The bar was great, and they also offered food & desserts from the great restaurant downstairs. And it's in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.
Negatives:
The parking/valet situation is a little difficult in that there is little room to even park for the valet. But it's not really in their control because it's due to small downtown streets.

Positives:
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The staff was exceptional. Friendly, accommodating, professional. They made our stay feel like home. The room was spacious with modern finishes. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp. We loved the walk in tiled shower. The hotel itself retained its historic beauty with a modern twist. Every single staff member we came into contact with was fabulous. It was so nice being able to travel with our dog. You wouldn’t even know the rooms are dog friendly because everything was so clean and there were zero traces of pets as far as smell or accident remnants. The hotel is situated in a great location. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. We loved this place and will be back!

The room and bathroom were very specious and the hotel design and décor were beautiful. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating,

Overall the room was clean but the carpet and baseboards in the room required cleaning (quite dirty) and the wooden floor in our room was squeaky. Also, there is no parking adjacent to the hotel so it takes about 5 minutes to walk from a nearby parking garage. Also, there was no mini fridge in our room.
