Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The hallways and elevators had an awful smell. The carpets needed vacuuming. The beds are on metal bases and the bases squeak and make noises when you move. The weekend we were there, a dog from another room barked the entire time. The first night we were up for a couple of hours because of the dog. We called the front desk and the lady was rude. After asking her to call the room to talk to the owners she said, “I dot. Know who it is.” Other patrons began to come out of their rooms as well and call the front desk complaining. This went on for a couple of hours…this was around 3:00am. We asked to be moved and we’re told we’d have to wait. The next day we inquired about the dog and we’re assured they had been moved to a floor that accommodates animals. That was obviously a lie because we were woken up again by the dog that night.

Negatives: Beds were hard as rock, breakfast was disappointing a little, no microwave or fridge (thought all hotels had those-never been in one that don’t), ice maker didn’t work went to another floor that didn’t work the 6th floor one worked and main floor worked.

Negatives: Hotel and property have been neglected. It's run down. Used to be a lovely hotel. New management have cut corners. Grounds/pool are not maintained. Breakfast was disgraceful.
