Bed was comfortable. Two bathrooms.
Negatives:
Doors would not close securely. Kept opening with a gust of wind. The security bar caught them. Bathroom was dirty and there were no rollers for the toilet tissue. Had to put it on the back of the commode. Microwave missing a leg and the turntable would not turn. Neither tv would work - in the bedroom or living room. They fixed them on our last night there, but they went out again. Phone was dead. It was never fixed. The advertised breakfast was lousy. It used to be really good.

Beds were comfortable. New bedding.
Negatives:
Both televisions did not work. The rollers on the toilet tissue holders were missing. Maids knew it because they just places the toilet tissue on the shelf above the commode. Phone was dead and we reported it, but was never fixed. Doors would not shut all the way and we had to continually keep closing them. The safety bat kept them from opening all the way, but it was aggravating to keep closing them. One bathroom was not clean. The other was. Breakfast was nothing like it was when we stayed there prior years - had gone down to an unbelievable level.

-conveniently close to the venue I was going to (Rise Indoor Sports-15min away)
-Double room(adjoined room) greatly accommodated my family.
-Staff was very pleasant and professional
-overall quiet, peaceful stay. Not crowded
Negatives:
-The hotel overall could use a renovation but I think that may be in the works.
-The deposit required should be made known on all booking sites. $100 for standard room and $150 for suites
