Check in person was not happy to be there. I did check in late.. I waited for about 10 minutes before they came to the desk.
The floors in the room seemed to be dirty . the room was hot and the wall unit AC was not accessible (Understandable for that time of year). I had to open the window to cool off and all night there were employees taking their breaks under my window. and the kitchen exhaust blew into the room as well.

Outside security door would not close; room key only worked if it wanted to; mold in bathtub that had been caulked over was growing out from under caulk; no hot breakfast as advertised, there was cereal but the breakfast drink machine didnt work either!

I loved the good hot breakfast, served very quickly. I also liked the availability of the pool, and the closeness of eating places nearvby.
Negatives:
The television did not work because the signal kept going out, so that I had to have it reset when I first arrived and did not have it working at all the morning before I checked out.

The room on the first floor was excellent for my needs. It's hard for me to do stairs with my luggage. Everything was great for my needs, It's convenient to have the breakfast room available for the hours they have.

I had a broken shower head. I ended up in a handicap room a shower head broke off and water sprayed like a garden hose. It seemed to be broken for a while. The bathroom was very dirty. Most upset about the shower.

The SECOND room I was given was clean. The first was either not cleaned or had people still in it. Personal belongings were still there, the desk staff tried to blame housekeeping. Just a bad experience

I couldn't take a shower! The hose to the shower head was missing. When I told the front desk staff, all I got was an "oh, sorry." I contacted the general manager, and never heard back.

The hotel was dirty cleanest thing in the whole hotel was the toilet. The sink would not drain. Black particles coming up constantly.the hotel is not safe. The staff person was rude. The breakfast was greasy.i worried about our safety.

The door Security entrance pads were broken. There was no light doors entering into the pool people could come and go through that hotel which they did. We could smell a strong marijuana in the hallwayand & the rooms to our left.There was trafficall night
