Easy to access from interstate. Bar and food were good.

No hot water in room, dirty washcloth still on shower rack, hot tub chlorine burned eyes.
Asked for a receipt the next morning and was told I would get one by email...still waiting.

Room was dirty and was short on towels. The continental breakfast was horrible as the scrambled eggs were burnt and I have a cheese allergy and the hash browns were a cheesy hash brown and not marked as such good thing I can smell.

We did not like that there was way too much chlorine in the pool but that night there was several drunk Mexicans and they made a lot of noise

Room was in need of serious upgrades. Chair was worn, no ice bucket. Police showed up around 10 to arrest someone in the room across the hall and no notification from the front desk to let us know if we were at risk in any way.
