Negatives:
The rooms did not look as pictured. The furniture was not dusted and appeared to have spots and stains. The floor had hair in numerous spots and there was hair stuck in the blow dryer on the wall. Two of the lamps did not work in the room.

Excellent hotel and staff very...
Positives:
Not one thing, very rude staff as well. Very dirty and smells like cigarette smoke constantly.
Negatives:
The room was disgusting, the floors were all sticky and greasy like. The bathroom had dirty towels, the deadbolt in the door would get jammed and we couldn’t get in or out. Spoke to front desk and they said they were sold out of rooms and didn’t even bother to clean the room or get us new towels. We had to go buy cleaning supplies just so we could take our shoes off. This is one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at ever. I was also charged for 2nd night and a $50 late fee when we checked out early Saturday morning to go to a better hotel. Emailed and called them several times and never got a response. Every time I did talk to someone who said they were a manager I was then told they couldn’t help me and that I would have to call back to speak with the manager. Got tired of the run around and just chalked it up as a loss but have told everyone I know about this place and to stay away!
