The room was clean.
Negatives:
Room was 85 degrees when we arrived. When staff were notified, they were unable to do anything. We slept with windows wide open next to a freeway. In the morning there was no hot water for a shower. Again staff could only make excuses. Not accommodating.

Check in was fast and easy. Nice clean room, comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Wish theyd had HB eggs and salsa for their scrambled eggs. Great Mexican restaurant next door.

There was no hot water in my room. When I asked to be switched to a different room they said they couldn't because the entire hotel had no hot water. Couldn't shower for work.

Hotel was dated, in disrepair.Room was dirty, rusty, broken, bed skirts were clearly stained with body fluids. I would have left and found a different hotel if it wouldnt have been last minute stop in middle of night.Wouldnt walk on carpet without shoes.

We were put in a room where the toilet didn't flush, and the shower dripped nonstop. We had to move all our stuff to the room next door. We were exhausted, and it took awhile for them to assign us the other room, which we had to go up and check, so it wasn't like the first room.

Initially when I got there they had me on the second floor and I asked for a first floor room the clerk said no problem. When I got to the room the main light wasnt working so I asked for a different room since I hate dark rooms. She switched me to a room that had a broken security lock. When I asked to have a room with a security lock that hadnt been broken off by possibly someone haven broken into the room the front desk staff got very rude and said she was going to have to charge me extra to move again. I said I would not stay in a room with a broken security lock and would not pay extra to stay in a safe room. In addition she looked at another room where the bathroom light didnt work. Finally she found a good room with no problems. It was an extremely frustrating experience after having a very long day of driving They really need to do a better job maintaining their property. I dont feel the front desk person was at fault . I think it was frustrating for her dealing with a problem building.

The staff is great. They did a great job keeping up the kitchen at breakfast. Taking trash out, replacing food, drinks and utensil, cleaning tables between customers . The front desk is present at all time to help. Great price and beyond service

The only down side was that the pool was closed when arrived .. they were doing maintenance and eventually got it open at night but the water and room was freezing .
