Its conveniently located by a lot where I can park a truck with a trailer

Location was convenient and in a new area with open space to walk my dog without traffic. Easy to find right off the highway, it's also quiet and safe on the outskirts of Dickinson. Within a mile are great places to eat, including BBQ. Clean and well-run.
