The pool was dirty, you could write your name at the bottom of it. The person next door had his TV blaring all night, very noisy. The receptionist aren't very friendly.

Very noisy at times. The soda machines didn't have any of the flavors of soda; only water. There was no hot water for tea; only coffee, and even that became low, old, and cold throughout the day. Miss the wine and beer "happy hour/social hour".

Hot tub was not even remotely warm and there were never any pool towels when we were at the pool.

Positives:
Breakfast was amazing lots to choose from, pool was good more set towards young kids, room was massive!!!!! Beds so comfortable. Staff was cheerful, helpful, and professional.
Negatives:
The only thing I could say would be more tv channels to watch and TV compared to room was a little small but not horrible.
