I liked the location. Otherwise the whole place was under construction. No vending, no breakfast nothing. And it was a mess everywhere.

Nothing stood out for me.
Negatives:
There was remodeling being done, so it was pretty dirty, smelly, and very noisy. Not all lights worked in the room bathroom fan did not work. Showers curtain rod was broke and barely hanging on.

If I could give a -negative rating below 0 I would.
Construction debris and dust throughout the 1st floor.
Negatives:
The room door was not locked, the key card wasn’t needed to open the door. The TV was disabled in my room.
When asking for maintenance to reconnect it I was told no.
When asking for a different room with a TV I was told nothing available.
When I asked for a discount or refund they argued that they wouldn’t or couldn’t because no manager was available which was untrue as there is an onsite manager I found out later.

Positives:
The hallways were full of cons. junk. The breakfast was poor, no coffee, only toast and cerial and juice. The room was not clean and probably should not have been rented out at this time. The charge probably should have been half, no one there at checkout to complain to.

Dirty, sketchy, pool was closed, carpets were stained, desk staff was rude, i asked for a fork and they told me to go get one from the breakfast room so i went there and there was no forks, i had to search thru cabinets myself to find one, the hallways stunk and the room stunk and my key card kept repeatedly not working

My father was greated by a disgruntled employee that gave him a hard time about the booking being completed incorrectly. My father is not a world class traveler nor tech saavy hence why we booked the hotel for him and instead of desk clerk calling the number on the reservation to clear things up he continually gave my father a hard time. Ultimately, an older gentleman behind my father ended up booking him a room for the night.

The staff are friendly and remember the people who stay there! They are friendly to my littles and will carry on a conversation with them.

Breakfast is a little light, but at least it's provided! I'm always having to bring my key to get reprogrammed, but it keeps life interesting they do it every time without complaints!

There was really no breakfast...cold cereal and toast.
There was nothing that I liked.
Negatives:
I asked to have my credit card reversed as I gave the reception cash. She gave me a paper stating the credit card had been reversed except it wasn't. I ended up paying on credit card for the room and also giving them the cash for the stay.
I aske for a handicap room an was not given one even though I booked it weeks in advance
