Checked in and got to our room which smelled strongly of cat urine! They gave us another room only to discover that it was very cold and the heat did not work. Also feces on the bottom side of toilet seat. Manager made sure we got our money back.

There was mice turds in the room!!!VERY DISGUSTING!! Coffee pot was DISGUSTING!! No smoking but yet the smell of pot was so dang strong. Didn't need your key card to get in the building because the security locks were broken! The place was DISGUSTING!!

Room was clean and roomy. Location is perfect. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Bed was beyond comfortable. I like the breakfast options as well as a fridge and microwave in my room. The pet friendly was why I chose this hotel. I will definitely stay here again!!
