The people were very friendly.

It was very dirty. We couldn’t see out the window and the window sill was thick with dead bugs. The room smelled damp and musty. My daughter had issues with asthma so We requested a refund. We were only there for 5 minutes and had to leave. We contacted them again for a refund and were told that they were sending us our refund, but we haven’t received it yet and haven’t even received the verification email. I’m not sure if Booking.com is holding the refund or if Ramada is holding it up.

Hallways were dirty. Like as in needs new carpet. Our TVs weren't working. But we weren't there that long, so we didn't complain. Sketchy in the back parking lot

Extremely dirty room, no elevator in hotel, way too expensive for how gross it was in the room.
Used Kleenex in the bathroom, hair and booger in the bathtub, something that looked like a used bandaid between wall and fridge, dusty, in-window air conditioner was in the wall that we had to turn off because it smelled awful, wallpaper coming off the wall next to the air conditioner because of moisture, unsafe plugin/extension cord stuff going on with a cord hanging in the heater unit…

The main reason we went to the motel was to swim. The pool area was great. There was a kiddy pool, and the hot tub was connected to the pool so the water was really warm.
