Negatives:
The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the bathroom wasn't great. She inside of the shower curtain looked like someone was bleeding or deficated on it. When I asked the office staff about getting a reduction on my room rate for the cleanliness I was told I would receive something but haven't yet.

location was good. You can tell they are cleaning the place up.
Negatives:
You could tell it was an old smoking place. The carpet wasn't to clean, still the old original, probably why you can smell the smoke. Not much water pressure in the shower. The upholstered chairs were dirty, we put a towel on them.
