Bar tender was obviously on drugs. (Assuming meth) hotel was dirty. Elevator was the worst Ive seen or smelt. My son was scared to go in the elevator. The whole place needs to be cleaned and renovated.

called about dogs barking past midnight on our floor.my husband went down to the front desk the lady said she hadnt heard that- which he replied my wife already called. About 10minutes later the frontdesk gal came upstairs and let HER 3 dogs out!

My children got cut up on their swim slide!!! We made a complaint to the office and nothing was done! If the cuts were any worse they would’ve had trouble on their hands! My son got a big cut on his arm and my girl got her hair pulled out and huge scratch on her scalp! Not cool

Not a whole lot, bed was decent other than that, nothing. Furniture was old and scuffed, elevator was disgusting, pool area especially the kiddy area was gross, it was cold in there and was rusting and filthy. No way 2 night stay should be $250.00.

See above, along with breakfast which was nothing of substance the Heater was a mixture if cold and too hot, there was no steady temp and very noisy unit as well.

It was close to where we needed to be in the morning.

Our room wasn’t very clean. Didn’t seem to be vacuumed very good. Suspicious substance on the wall by the bed.
The pool area was very cold.
There were younger adults, possibly under age drinking in the pool area, going down the slide with alcoholic beverages in hand. Not very kid friendly for having so many kids in the pool area at the time.
