Arcade was minimal & 3 of the games were not working. Not a big deal, just there were no signs & my younger kids put all the quarters in.

The gentleman working the front desk were both super nice.
Negatives:
The only problem I had was when the breakfast attendant caused a huge seen the morning of our last day. She had yelled at some guests for pushing tables together, and then proceeded to slap the door to the kitchen. There were a lot of people getting/eating breakfast with a lot of kids (mine included). Her unprofessional attitude was totally uncalled for. I understand there was a sign that stated not to move the tables, but really slamming a door is what you’d expect from a child and the yelling could have been a simple asking to move the tables back.
Other than this incident, my family had a wonderful stay. We will surely be staying again in a couple months.
