We were snowed in and needed a place immediately. There was vacancy and the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helped recude our stressful situation. He was also very helpful with finding local restaurants and shopping.
Negatives:
There was nothing we could complain about. I have nothing negative to say. We were only there one night and were treated well.

Out a ways. Had to ring the bell for service 4 times before anyone came out to help, by that time there was 5 of us trying to check in, just an hr after check ins were allowed.

The hotel was very short staffed from the front desk to the breakfast to the cleaning staff ( our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our 3 day stay). But the staff that were working did the best they could.
