Old but very clean
Positives:
We had our kids so we liked the big grassy patch in the front of the hotel and played soccer. The room was not great but it wasn’t terrible. The playpen we used for our baby was brand new and excellent! The bedding was cute and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good! They gave you coupons to eat for free at the restaurant right there connected to the hotel. If you wanted meat with breakfast, you had to pay extra. But the biscuits & gravy were good and the hash browns were also delicious! The A/C in our unit worked great, it almost got too cold. Also, there is a little park around the corner even though we didn’t make it over there to play. We had a short trip.
Negatives:
I was pissed that the website, THEIR website from google, said they had a pool and when we got there, she said it had been not available since before covid. We told my kids there was a pool and that was a huge disappointment all around! The hotel is outdated.. the bathtub is probably from the 70’s. It seems very retro but it was clean and everything worked fine for us.

Positives:
The room was comfy and quiet. The breakfast vouchers were great and the restaurant was nice
Negatives:
No luggage carriers. The bathroom needed to be remodeled. The tub didn’t hold water and the shower pressure was terrible. There wasn’t any USB ports so I had to unplug the clock just to plug in my phone. Not much choice in places to stay and since this is the cheaper, well you get what you pay for.

what a gem! Didnt expect such a good motel in such a small kind of remote spot but the owners have done a fantastic job with the physical properties and the front desk/gal of all things is all about our comfort.
We highly recommend this motel
Another plus is the Dakota Farms restaurant attached to the Inn!
