Positives:
Breakfast: Adequate variety. Readily available.
Negatives:
The room we were initially assigned was either still in use or not made up. The only room available as a substitute did not have a working tv. That room had used towels on the bathroom floor when we went in. We switched to another room for the second night. It was what we had hoped for on the first night. The price was much higher than the value/hassle. Front desk staff was very helpful throughout the process.

Disappointing stay at a hotel which had been satisfying on previous occasions.
Positives:
Pool area was great. It was well suited for children.
Negatives:
We found blood on our bedsheets, the hotel smelted of stale cigarette smoke, and lots of dead crickets in the pool area.

The staff was amazing with dealing with me changing my reservations 2 times on a non refundable room and the lady was so nice and understanding that my boss had changed the day I had to work and then changed it back.
