Staff didn't greet people or even smile ,made you feel uncomfortable when coming in and out . The pool was out of order, so the kids were very bored during our 1 week stay.

Positives:
Front desk day and evening staff were very polite and friendly. Fresh made soup available in late afternoon as were freshly baked cookies - haven't seen that in too many places. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast. This was our second time at the Fairbridge and we would definitely stay here again. No complaints
Negatives:
There was nothing we really didn't like. One suggestion is to amend your property info i.e. Pool. Both times we have been here it has been closed - didn't matter to us as we wouldn't have used it even if it was open however some people might book thinking the pool is open.
