They charge you a 100 dollars deposit on top of what the room cost and don't even tell you about the deposit. And like the one review I read it does have roaches

There is roaches here!! There is nasty sticky stuff under the fridge it smelled like garlic. Pee on the toilet seat. Hairs all over the place. Bed is disgusting!! THE only good thing is the Staff!!

Everything was dirty or you could just tell it was half cleaned. The ceilings lifted / had cracks in them. Their was dust. And their was roaches in the ice room complete turn off and overall made me uncomfortable to sleep.

Okay. Not totally comfortable but I guess you get what you pay for.

Was booked since May on Priceline , was told no payment until I arrive at the hotel. Charged my card then gave me 5 hours to respond way before check in at 3. Said I had til 2. Canceled my room and ruined my plans I had planned for months with my wife.

The beds were kind of hard. I do like to stay at hotels with softer beds but I still slept well so it wasn't too hard. There were plenty of pillows though and the pillows were great! I do wish the pool was open later.

Comfort Inn in Fairlawn,OH is an older hotel. The employees were so friendly and helpful. When we got to our room it was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
I don't like to complain but the room is old and nothing seems to have been replaced or improved. The AC and TV worked perfectly.
Since the room has not improved in a very long time I felt that the fee for the room is too high. We have stayed in most of the surrounding hotels on Montrose Rd and they are older also with original furnishing but they don't charge as much as you do. If you reduced your fee I believe it could attract many more customers.

The breakfast was as good a continental as you would expect. A good value. It was quiet when we were there. Staff very nice and helpful. Hot tub was HOT.

The morning breakfast closes up shop a bit too early on the weekdays. It closes at 9, if we are on vacation we want to sleep in. 10 would be a little better. We needed to hunt up a hairdryer, so the hotel needs some more general supplies.

The NFL hall of fame induction was in town so the hotel was high price point for the weekend. There some sort of water leak in the hallway leading to a bad smell. The elevator was very old and pretty rough on the inside. The good news was that the room itself was best part of the hotel.
