The room was dirty, the staff was unhelpful and the whole reason we booked the hotel was to let the kids swim, which we were unable to do until 7pm because the pool was “closed”… even though we called before booking to make sure it was available.

Beautiful property, room was very big and clean. The desk clerk was very friendly. Jacuzzi tub was great!
Negatives:
The only thing I was unhappy about was the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable I barely slept. My back was so stiff and painful that we ended up leaving early in the morning.

They charge you a 100 dollars deposit on top of what the room cost and don't even tell you about the deposit. And like the one review I read it does have roaches
