I was in a 1st floor room where the traffic and noise from the hallway was constant. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Needed to stay en extra day, but chose to do so elsewhere.

The staff was very polite and friendly. Very attentive to our needs. We loved the pool and hot tub. The convenience of stores nearby and places to eat.
Overall, it is a cozy little hotel
Negatives:
The room was half cleaned, did not clean under beds, sofa, or behind nightstand. Had to have staff come and clean the room again. Bathroom walls were dirty with blood stains, sofa bed was broken, there were boogies on the wall like someone just laid in bed and dug in their nose and wiped it on the wall. Housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning and management needs to ensure rooms are properly cleaned

The Hot tub was Luke warm, and my bed was hard as a brick!! It was supposed to be a Sleep number bed and at first we thought the batteries was dead in the remote so I called down to the front desk for new batteries and I was told that it wasn't the batteries, the bed was broken. I wasn't offended a new room or anything for this inconvenience.
