By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is rude, unprofessional and wasn't helpful at all. None of my requests where met prior to checking in. The room that I asked for I had to wait a day later to get. The room they gave me, I had to wait hours for me and my family to check in. No discount for the inconvenience. My girlfriend was burglarized on property. And no one reached out or even tried to help us with the matter. Wouldn't let us see video or anything. Then the hotel lied days later after I checked out of the hotel, charged me with a smoking in room fee. When no one in my family smokes. Then was very rude once I confronted them about the matter to summit proof.

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. It was a very clean and well-kept facility. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was wonderful to have a full-size refrigerator. Two suggestions- have more trashcans, have better lighting in the kitchen area. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The staff was extremely helpful. They were very busy as the hotel was full, but always took time out to help or help solve a problem. The hotel was very quiet despite being very full.

We didn't join in breakfast. We liked the size and amenities of the hotel and the friendliness of staff.
Negatives:
There were a few minor things in the room that weren't ideal. The garbage disposal wasn't working. A few lightbulbs were out. But the biggest issue was in the design of the shower; the door opened in so it was impossible to turn on the water without either getting all the way in (and blasting oneself with cold or hot water) or contorting to turn on the water (which then blasted out onto the floor.) The fan in the shower was also VERY LOUD, so loud it was extremely disruptive to the other person in the room (i.e. if that person was asleep).
