They put me on the east side where at 5 am construction lights came on and woke me. At 6 am many concrete trucks started up. Lines of them. Staff told me they didn't know construction started at 6 am. I was so tired and depressed from all this. Said they

We did not try the breakfast due to our unhappiness with the hotel and location. The hotel website still states that it is connected to a shopping mall with miniature golf and other entertainment. The mall was knocked down a year ago! Our room overlooked a construction site with lorries working as early as 6am. The staff we not welcoming and generally rude. The pool was not in very good condition and the jacuzzi that is on the website is a building site. I was not happy at all.

As stated above. Staff - poor , location - appealing, good nights rest - no chance, cleanliness - pool was poor and room was not much better. I was not prepared for any further disappointment so we left and ate breakfast on the road. I would not recommend your hotel.

Not as good as when we stayed 5 years ago. The eggs must have been powdered and were watery. One day the milk was sour but it was taken care of. And one day the sausage tasted like it was on the brim of freshness. Everything else was great.

Construction on the parking lot made it hard to find, however the hotel does not own the parking lot, so it's not their fault.

Check in & out quick, staff friendly & efficient, & got the room at last minute pretty much (1 day earlier).

Driveway hard to find, pavement uneven w/some gravel(getting re-done?)but had a rental car so not too upset, wish I was on a lower floor closer to elevator since was coming in late(I didn't specify/speak up), & room was by the ice maker - kind of noisy...

The hotel was located close to the old Carnation Mall which I saw built and there for opening day. The room was on the very top floor looking towards alliance so I got a great view of my old home town. The don't was large, had everything for a great stay
Negatives:
There was nothing I found too be unpleasant about this hotel. The check-in gal was clear and understandable when speaking with her, polite and quite welcoming.
