Cleanliness. Floors in my room was dirty. I had two queen beds. Pull the sheet on the first one and it had blood. Had them change it. The second night I tried the other bed, when I pulled the sheets back it had stands of hair. I just slept on top of the blanket and used my jacket as cover. The next morning was checkout. Couldn’t wait to get home. Don’t get me wrong, amazing staff. Lobby aesthetic is great. Ample parking. All of that. It’s just the sheets really ruined it for me. I couldn’t unsee it.

Rooms wasn’t safe room 227 the bolt was loose screws hanging out and it smelled like urine so my room was changed to 200 the shower door wouldn’t close or the bathroom door stains on chairs and bed not happy
