Easy access to freeway and state roads. Nominal traffic. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Parking easy. I spilled soda on carpet, when I cleaned the cloth came back white so carpet was clean. Not always the case in hotels. Linen good, no stains.
Negatives:
Bath floor corners little grubby. Didn't have lounge chair just desk chair and dining chair. Nothing comfy. No elevator and stair carpet very worn.Breakfast slim options, boiled eggs and fruit added would be plus. Overall decent value for cost.

Good location to see eclipse. In process of remodeling so may get better. Television crooked and falling off the wall. Bathroom sink did not drain well. Bathroom tub looked old, dirty, moldy. Did not want to use. Staff very friendly and helpful. Price of 336.00 horrible for what we got. Second night they said would have been 129.99. A sham for the eclipse.

Nice beds, great staff, good breakfast. Our room had a nice fridge, microwave and big screen tv.
Negatives:
Somethings are kinda dingy. Our door was warped badly in 117. The paint job they had done in the hallway was terrible. They should remodel that bar!
