Splash area was nice for the kids. Water was warm.
Negatives:
The shower in the room back up. Drain was very slow. We were standing in 3 inches of water to shower. Toilet backed up and wouldn't go down. There was standing water over the drain in the pool area.

The staff that worked in the kitchen were very nice but the guy that worked front desk was very rude to us

The hotel was ok needs some updates it wasn't the cleanliness but I brought products myself &we cleaned . The housekeepers & kitchen staff very nice but definitely was not worth at all I wish I would have saved my money & went somewhere else

It was ok. There was a waffle maker -which is usually a big hit with the kids.

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The water in the splash zone was suspiciously cloudy.
